For the past 13 years, Amy has had the privilege of working in the medical field, an experience that has allowed her to grow both personally and professionally. Throughout her career, she discovered a genuine passion for claims and billing. She enjoys the challenge that comes with working through complex claims, identifying issues, and putting all the pieces together like a puzzle. There is something very rewarding to her about finding solutions, resolving problems, and helping keep the process moving forward. Over the years, she has developed a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy, organization, communication, and attention to detail when it comes to keeping a billing department running efficiently.

Her career journey eventually led her to Bay Area Behavioral Health, where she can genuinely say she feels at home. She is grateful to be part of a team and an organization where she can use the knowledge and experience she has gained throughout her career while continuing to learn and grow. She brings with her a strong understanding of the billing world, along with dedication, organization, and a commitment to staying on top of the many details that come with the job. She takes pride in being dependable, staying organized, working through challenges, and doing her part to ensure the billing department stays on track and runs as smoothly as possible. Being able to contribute to a team while knowing that her work plays a role in supporting the organization is something she truly values.

Outside of the office, her family is where she loves to spend most of her time. Family is incredibly important to her, and she cherishes the simple moments they get to share together. Whether they are spending time outdoors, watching a movie, enjoying a good conversation, or simply relaxing at home, those moments are what mean the most to her. They also have birds that provide plenty of entertainment and laughter, and she never seems to get tired of watching their personalities and antics. Life can get busy, so she truly appreciates the opportunity to slow down, enjoy the people she loves, and make memories together.
